OWLTALON
I fight for what I believe in.
The tom figured Riverstar would be busy, and wouldn't have much time for any of his silly request. But this time he wasn't sure if it were all that silly, the nursery was getting full and it was time for it to get cleaned out. Most of the kits were beyond ready to become apprentices, while those who weren't could easily adjust. There were only a few apprentices and Thunderclan could use a few more for when leaf-bare approached.
Taking a deep breath the brown tabby tom padded towards the rocky den where his leader would be resting. A smile slowly drifted to his face as he thought of the older she-cat. His old mentor, and friend. He remembered the days when he was the naughty apprentice who needed to clean out the elder's den. He remembered when they'd go out training, hunting, and the excitement of becoming a warrior. The tom remembered it all. And now he was by her side as Thunderclan's deputy. It was ironic how everything turned out. Simply ironic.
"Riverstar." he meowed. Sitting down he wrapped his tail around him, he'd have to wait. His mind slowly went off in thought about his kits, they were ready to become apprentices. Even Kestrelkit. Although she hadn't done the smartest of things, she had learned from her mistakes, and in the end that's all that matters.
Mystickit, the little she-kit was much too mature to be sitting in the nursery any longer. It would be a wise choice to have Kestrelkit apprenticed alongside her sister, then hopefully Mystickit could keep her in line. The best part of them growing up was the fact that he'd get to sleep beside his beloved Rainflight once more, he could go on patrols, hunt with her. They'd be together again, like how it used to.
