HAZEPAW
she-cat ● eight moons ● riverCLAN ● apprentice
dainty, creamy white she-cat with blue eyes
A P P E A R A N C E
Perhaps the she-cat should have been more suitingly named Whitepaw or Dovepaw; maybe even Snowpaw. From a distance, the apprentice appears nothing more than a slender, dainty white figure; upon closer inspection one may find this is not entirely the case. Hazepaw is not as pure as leaf-bare's snow, or as untainted as the dove's feather. In fact, the she-cat is a very pale, creamy sort of white. The white you'd find in the clouds moments before dusk.
I'll encourage you to look closer still. Detailing that creamy fur is extremely washed out (hazy if you will) tabby stripes. These markings are seldom noticeable, save for when the sun and soul illuminates her face. This is what gives Hazepaw her name, for these markings take a fine eye to detect. The markings are most strongly noted on her face, which mark the tabby's trademark 'M' upon her forehead. Her ears and muzzle mark the darkest parts of her body.
Now observe the small, pointed ears, the long and silken whiskers, the vivid blue eyes, and the narrow, slender jaw. Hazepaw possesses a feminine beauty about her, though she'd never know it. She carries the look of innocence, tender and delicate as the china doll. Yet the apprentice's spirit begs to differ, in which Hazepaw eagerly lives out her life to the fullest with a soul refusing to be broken; this is what gives the she-cat her inner light and life.

Excitable, naive, optimistic, passionate, young spirited, eager, impulsive.
Hazepaw is forever a young spirit - the light and hope of Starclan shines through her soul like green-leaf's morning sun. The she-cat is unhindered by the world around her, for she views every day like a new adventure to be had. She carries a simple heart, one that longs and starves for happiness and wonder. Hazepaw has a curiosity about her world - a world of many questions and many possibilities. She does not know fear, at least in the sense that the world is a bad place. She is forever eager and excitable, quick to jump on new opportunities - Starclan forbid she miss out on something exciting.
Though she doesn't really realize it, Hazepaw tends to operate on the notion that those within this world are inherently good. This means that she does not fear the unknown, or the intentions of others. With that being said, the she-cat is inevitably naive, making her susceptible to vulnerability and guidable tendencies down the road. Her optimistic spirit grants her the ability to easily befriend anyone willing to put up with her. She is exceptionally passionate about everything she does.
Hazepaw's excitable nature tends to make her quite the busy body. She invests every fibre of her being into the moment, making multitasking or tasks of lesser importance (according to her) something of a difficult task. The she-cat tends to be rather impulsive, especially when it comes to prospects of adventure. Hazepaw is more likely to leap into action head first, with little thought about possible consequences.
The apprentice is exceptionally loyal to her clan mates, though that does not necessarily mean Riveclan. Hazepaw tends to fall in love with those around her, easily welcoming new characters and friendships into her life. Is Hazepaw loyal? Yes. Is she proud of her Riverclan heritage? Yes. However her loyalty is contingent on her allies, friends, and those of extreme importance. She does not act in the name of Riverclan, for the sake of Riverclan alone, but rather in respect and support of her comrades within Riverclan. Whilst the apprentices recognizes borders and their importance, she does not see others for their alliances but rather their individual character.

H I S T O R Y
He was a soft spoken tom; dignified, but not overbearing. She was a clever one, free spirited and brimming with wit. She was new-leaf's wind - wild and unpredictable. And he was her rock, her grounding beacon and voice of reason. This is why they made such a great pair - night and day as they were - they evened each other out. At just eighteen moons young, she would have his kits. Three kits to be exact.
First was Rapidkit, a smokey tom that greatly took after his father. Rapidkit had a calm soul, he seemed to posses a maturity and wisdom far beyond his age. Second was Aspenkit. He was a little more adventurous than his elder brother and would eventually be partner in crime to his third siblings: Hazekit. If anything, the she-cat took most after her mother and, too, would be a spitfire of a wildcard. All three kits possessed the will and good nature of their father.
As kits, Hazekit was always the mayhem. Aspenkit never once hesitated to join in on the adventure whilst Rapidkit, determined to look out for his siblings, was often dragged in tow. Hazekit never once doubted herself, or her brothers, for they were brave and noble as she saw it.
At six moons they were apprenticed and this only opened the door to greater adventures. Hazepaw and Aspenpaw have always been attached at the hip. Rapidpaw, whilst Hazepaw would never question her bond with her senior brother, took his training very seriously and spent less and less time with his two siblings.
Now at eight moons of age, Hazepaw embraces the world around her. She tends to see through rose coloured lenses, as the apprentice refuses to have her spirit dampened. Hazepaw enters each day with an optimism and determination to please and live her life to the fullest. At times naive, the apprentice tends to leap first and think later. She regards the consequences very little and refuses to see the negative in others.
