Sunshine.
There were a lot of things, nowadays, that the clans did not have a lot of. There was a lack of food, clean water, hope, activity and the general life sustaining resources that the forest usually yielded to the clan for the survival of the cats therein.
"However..." though Shrewfur, "what we do have, is a lot of sunshine. An absolute, nearly inexhaustible, abundance..."
She stretched and sighed in contentment.
"Of sunshine"
It was a warm day in the forest, and Shrewfur, fresh off from a hunting patrol, had some time to herself. Private time in itself was a valuable comoddity, another item on the list of things that wasn't sunshine, and she was not about to let it slip out of her paws. After a bit of scanning around, she settled herself in a spot that was out of the shade, and let the sunshine run through her fur. The contrast of the cool ground and crunchy grass stained woth the final vestiges of the morning dew, and the warm sun and a light, equally warm, almost imaginary breeze was pleasing and relaxing. Shrewfur looked up at the white clouds began to daydream about them, and what it was like to be a cloud.
Sky fire the cloud loomed down on Shrewfur and met her gaze. This was his rest stop, where he no longer needed to move with the wind. He looked down on her, and wondered what life in the clan was was like. Because she was in Windclan, was she the one that controlled the wind?
Shrewfur blinked. "That was going nowhere, quickly" she said, smacking her lips. Her well of inspiration was dry, and so was her throat. She picked herself up to get an drink, and hopefully start a conversation with whatever cat she happened across.
