Welcome back to Beyond the Horizons (: We've all been a bit occupied with finals, school, work, life, blah blah blah and that's perfectly fine! Shit happens, and that's that. Fortunately for good 'ole bth, we're still committed and it looks like we're back in business! ANNND that means the admins have been scrambling around and trying to get our site lookin fresh. and updated and up to code and ehhh. Lots of dumb stuff. BUT WHAT'S IMPORTANT IS that we have loyal members who are willing to give us another chance! We can't promise that we'll get anywhere but we're definitely going to try. I mean look at this template thing, that is definitely something fancy wow. A+ work Wish. ahahaha thank you. and now I'm complimenting myself.

ONTO BUSINESS.
P L O T
To catch everyone up to speed, Windclan's deputy Morningstreak mysteriously dropped dead during our last and only gathering. You can reread the events HERE (that entire thread is probably an eye sore due to the corrupted coding and overall destruction of our former templates /cries). Each clan is currently residing in their camps, unsure of what the future holds. The medicine cats have been warned with vague dreams sent to them from Starclan. Again, that thread is located HERE. As of now, Shadowclan's medicine cat, Thistlespot, has not responded to our activity check, and may need to be replaced. However, I'll address that issue in the character portion of this announcement.
In order to make sense with the changing of the seasons, and overall time skip, we are advancing the roleplay into early green-leaf. In this time the prey has yet to return and clan cats are growing hungry. Nothing has happened since Morningstreak's death and cats are growing agitated. Starvation is going to occur. The only clan still striving is Riverclan, due to the abundance of fish. The prey that can be caught is scrawny and it's highly possible that it's diseased.
We can say that two gatherings have happened since Morningstreak's death. These gatherings were insignificant. They contained trivial information and only conversation over the deputy's death. There has also been a couple medicine cat meetings but the dreams have been incredibly vague and hard to read. Most of them were filled with blurry cats and muddled words. Difficult to decipher.
HOWEVER, there are still a few threads that need to be addressed by our high positions before this 'time skip' occurs. Each leader needs to meet with their medicine cat and interpret the dreams held at our last meeting. Windclan needs to appoint their new deputy and each clan needs to appoint the apprentices/warriors that need to be appointed. I believe Thunderclan was the only clan that was able to finish their meeting.

I have a brand new spanking Create A Character Template! It's located HERE. It's not required to change your biographies if they're already accepted, but definitely feel free to give them a makeover! But from now on, all NEW character will be created with this new form.
All characters should age at least two moons or one moon depending on their age. I've aged my apprentices only a moon since they haven't received a lot of training and I feel like they still have a ways to go. So feel free to age your characters appropriately! Also if you have any unwanted characters, instead of getting rid of them completely, you could always save them for a plot death. If you're interested in having one of your unwanted characters dying in the plot then let me know ASAP, so I can give you the deets (:

OK, so I think I might have fixed the coding for our templates - WELL at least the coding on my templates. It's not quite 100% perfect, but it's pretty dang close. I'll post an example and the coding I used under this post. If you have any old templates that need updated coding just stop by my shop and post what needs to be fixed. I've been messing with the v5 shit and I think I got most of it figured out. There's some pretty cool stuff out there, WHICH IS GREAT. I love the variety in this stuff.
