Sleetpaw

pictures; x x
Age: 6 moons
Gender: Female
Rank: Apprentice
Clan: Riverclan
Short Description: Speckled silver she-cat with green eyes
I guess I'm tall, I can stand over the other apprentices if I'd wanted to, but I wouldn't. I'm mainly useful for fishing out moss balls from high places in the nursery. Riverclan cat's aren't usually tall, but my grandfather was a Windclan cat, my father inherited his long legs. My tail is perhaps a mouse length longer than my legs, or just about as long as my flank, perhaps I'm just a long cat, hmm. My head is small and circular, without any vivid lines or angles and my eyes take up a lot of the space, they resemble the colour of moss or grass; I think they have a slight tinge of yellow but my mother disagrees.
I guess a common question would be why my name is Sleetpaw, well it's all down to the colour and pattern of my pelt; which is almost as silver as sleet itself, I haven't actually seen snow or sleet myself yet, but I know I'll be able to see it when leaf bare comes!
I also sometimes overlook the feelings of others, I don't really put other peoples feelings into account in my mind, I don't understand how feelings are that important, in important situations emotions can clearly warp your thinking or even change your ideas, all they do is get in the way of things. It does take a while for me to realise if I've upset anyone, which doesn't really work out in my favour, I don't regret it though, that is just me after all.
I guess I'll admit that I may be fairly cynical at times. Overall I would more tilt towards being a Pessimist, and a big Sceptic, I like to question how things work and if things really are what they are made out to be. Although I may get heated in a discussion with another cat about how Starclan exists or if the leader is making the right decisions, I do get distracted easily so I don't stay in an argument for long. Over all I would describe myself as someone who asks a lot of questions and loves to seek answers, someone who is more logical than emotional.
unusual traits:
-talks in her sleep
-Talks in third person when she's upset or angry
-Asks a lot of questions
I had made friends with a Riverclan apprentice as a kit, I'd show off and tell them all the things my mum said to me, but my friend always seemed to question everything. He had a good point to be honest, his opinions where clear and well thought out, I didn't just wan't to walk down the same boring path as everyone else, not extending our minds to ask why, or how this could have happened. So I was influenced by him a lot, I started asking questions to my mother but she would just ignore them or change the subject. Apparently, not many like being questioned on what they believe in or if they are making the right decision; especially from a kit. Despite this, I still wanted to explore for answers and to know how everything worked, and I still do as an apprentice. More than ever.

Appearance:Well I wouldn't say that I'm the prettiest cat out there, all though that's what my mother and father tells me. Maybe I'm well kempt, but not as improbable as my parents opinions of me. Although I've seen everyone else's opinions of me, which isn't the same.. maybe they are jealous, I wouldn't know. But describing myself over all, I'd say I was lanky; perhaps even a little bit graceful, but I blame my mother for that, she's extremely lithe for such a small size. I guess I can use it as an advantage for hunting, I tend not to scare many fish away with my paw steps like the rest of the apprentices.

Personality:The thing that I value mostly in life would have to be loyalty, I guess I've always found it quite important. My mother told me a lot about it when I was younger; about loyalty to my clan and to my clan mates. She was pretty strong about it herself, I guess that must have rubbed off onto me as I grew up. In some cases, perhaps I may be too loyal sometimes, for example as a kit Ripplekit and Stonekit planned to sneak outside to explore and told me to not tell anybody; which I didn't mind you. Although later on, Ripplekit and Stonekit had fell down a ditch and injured themselves in the brambles.

History:Oh! so you wan't to know about my history, there is nothing much to declare to be honest. I had a great kithood with my mother and father, my mother pampered me and fussed me about quite a lot. Ah bliss, those where the good times when I felt like the most important kit in the world and my mother reassured that I was. She was a stickler for the warrior code and went over it so many times when I was still in the nursery, she'd force me to memorize it word for word because she knew what kind of trouble breaking the warrior code would do. 'Defend your clan, even with your life. Do not hunt or trespass in another Clans territory, The word of the clan leader is the warrior code, do this do that, even if the clan leader is wrong and leads you to certain death. It's stupid, but I guess I still need to respect it, after all; rules are rules.
