[atrb=border,0,true] Oh Finally! the red-brown and white she-cat thought as he house-folk opened the zipper door of her travel kennel and let her loose. Orchid hadn't been home in three sun-rises and was more than happy to be back in her familiar home. The other creatures within the household were all happy to see the upwalker and Orchid both back home. Most other cats thought Orchid was crazy for having dogs and mice as pets, but she held no ill will toward any creature was felt no need to hunt as he quite enjoyed her food. The brown she-cat patrolled the house, purring her hellos to every creature there before stepping out into the backyard to get into her favorite tree. Her tree was the only one in a six nest radius and it was beautiful. It smelled both sweet and tangy and was always covered with pretty pink blossoms. Being that her tree was standing along, Orchid was never surprised to find that other creatures made use of it. There was a nest of birds in the upper branches that usually trilled when she approached but never bothered anyone, and other cats came to rest sometimes. The scent that coated her tree made Orchid's fur stand on end. It didn't smell of house-folk carriers or the hard thunderpaths of the area. It smelled wild and fresh like the forest not far from her fence. Orchid did not trust the wilder smelling cats mostly because they were always so rude, so she cautiously explored the branches to see fi her visitor was still there or if they had left. "Hello?
