Wish gave me permission to post this for you all, so...
My apologies for this belated announcement -- I know I promised to inform you of my decision on Monday; however, I was scrambling around from the moment I woke up until a few minutes before bed. I was dragged to the dentist, the movies, the store, and the barn, and I had to sort out an email to Marymount University. Yesterday I was busy filling out an application for said college, emailing my English teacher for a letter of recommendation, gnawing on my personal essay, and generally freaking out over deadlines. o__o; You can see why Thievingstreak is such a great outlet for stress, yes?
Anyway, I've made my decision. It may be subject to change, depending on my mood and if my new deputy accepts her (OOCly) or his (ICly) position.
I've chosen Snow and Nightsky. Congratulations to her and her tom! Chocolate chip cookies all around. =P (I did a bit of research, and it seems as though we're not likely to suffer from a shortage any time soon. Nevertheless, I have set out in search of a more environmentally friendly way to produce chocolate chip cookies. Did you know that chocolate chip cookie production was accountable for approximately 0.0000491 percent of the green house gas emissions produced in the United States last year? It's disastrous, especially for us chocolate chip cookie lovers! Think of the poor polar bears! Such numbers are surely enough to melt at least three ice cubes worth of snow! What are they going to put in their milk glasses to keep their refreshments cool in these rising temperatures? Will they be forced to forsake their chocolate chip cookies for lack of chilled dairy beverages? THE HORROR!)
So I totally invented that statistic. =P It's convincing enough though, right?
I'll see what I can come up with tomorrow as far as posts are concerned, if I have the time and the sanity. I'm looking forward to a Clan meeting in the rain. =P
