To be a kit again [Iceblink]

ooc://I hope you don't mind Rain, I really really wanted to play them again. It's been forever since we've played them together : ) That and when Wish brought up how Loudstorm use to act like a kit I wanted to play him like that again : D

Loudstorm felt like he had been going fast forward for a long, long time. Warrior duties, kits, and his apprentice Kestrelpaw had taken up much of his time lately. But one she-cat was always somewhere in his mind - Iceblink. His loving, beautiful mate. It had been forever it seemed since her and him had been able to spend some time alone. No kits to distract them, no apprentice to ask if they could hunt or train. Just him and her. That's what he wanted; what he needed.

The black tom padded through the camp slowly looking each and every way for Iceblink. His eyes caught a flash of silver and in the next moment he was standing in front of a she-cat with ice blue eyes. She was even more beautiful than he remembered. This was the she-cat he had fallen in love with. He wanted to relive those first few moons again. Full of playful love and happiness. Now that Iceblink was out of the nursery, him and her would be able to do that more often.

"Well, if it isn't the most beautiful she-cat I've ever laid eyes on." he caressed her face with his tail and gave her a small lick to the cheek. Memories where whirling through his head about the amazing moments they've had. Hunting in the rain, her teaching him the ways of the Clans, acting like kits. He missed that. And I thought it was suppose to be the she-cats who where suppose to be sentimental.

"Would the pretty lady care to join a lonesome warrior for a walk?" Loudstorm asked. All he wanted to do was walk with his love, visit their old haunts, perhaps even fall head over heels all over again. Now that Ravenpaw and Silentpaw were growing up and apprentices, and Loudstorm and Iceblink old warriors in the new generations eyes, it would be nice to just take a walk. Loudstorm wanted to grow old with Iceblink, he wanted to be with this she-cat forever. He could never live if something was to happen to Iceblink, the only reason he was here.

Iceblink drowsily exited the warriors den, yawning. She was rather too used to the queen schedule of sleeping whenever she wanted, and was still getting used to the new tasks of a warrior. It was nice to not be stuck in that nursery again, but it was also nice to be carefree and not have to worry about anything but her kits. Either way, the role of a warrior would always win her heart.

Speaking of that... Iceblink thought with a grin. I can spend more time with that lump of mine. But who knows where he could be. He's always doing something that makes him seem like a kit. Though she had to admit, no matter how she thought of him, she really did miss him. It was rare to see him when she was in the nursery, or maybe in her mind it was since she was so used to seeing him everyday. Taking care of kits and being a warrior really didn't seem to mix between the two love-birds.

Iceblink's mind flashed back to the times when she was a new warrior, first meeting Loudstorm when he joined the Clan. She didn't really think much of him at the time. The she-cat only remembered what her first thoughts were when she caught sight of him: He's kinda cute for an outsider... And from then on, she always wanted to be with him. From showing him the camp, to meaningless hunting, as long as he was at her side, she was content. Loudstorm, she remembered, was the first one to satisfy her heart.

He was the only, too. No one made her more happy than he. And if she could just find him, she could experience that happiness that she hadn't had for a long time now....

Like a gift from StarClan, as if they were reading her mind, Loudstorm suddenly appeared in front of her out of nowhere, catching her off guard. A smile took up half of her face, a chill of excitement running down her spine. Iceblink's gaze traveled across Loudstorm's figure. His soft, black pelt almost casted her in a whirl of daydreams that only resulted in her crying out for its touch. His gray eyes, so unusual, mesmerized her in their soft gleam. To her, he looked like StarClan's leader.

The soft touch of his tail against her skin made her shiver, and the swipe of his tongue sent heat striking her cheeks in a flurry of red. She left like a young, foolish she-cat that had an innocent crush again. Smiling warmly she replied to his offer, "Only if you treat me to a nice piece of bird in return for bothering to walk with someone so troublesome." With a playful lick to Loudstorm's nose, she almost frolicked to the camp's entrance from the happiness she was experiencing. She felt like an idiot, but at the moment she didn't care. Tipping her head to the side to catch a glimpse of the handsome tom she grinned, "Coming, oh handsome one?"

( Oooohhh I miss playing these two! I was re-reading the past posts with the couple and I can never forget our horrible role-playing XD A quote from Loudstorm:

Loudstorm followed Iceblink into the warriors den. When he entered the den he knew he would like there. It smelled cozy.

Iceblink froxe in her place, staring at Loudstorm, her fur burning with emberassment. Then she blinked and quickly got up, shaking her head. "Er-sorry." She said quickly, feeling her cheeks burn up.

Ahhh the good old times. Being in that site makes me feel like a kit again. Literally XP )

When she spoke, Loudstorm felt himself tumbling into love all over again. It seemed like a life-time since he had last seen her. Life just took control, and for a moment he felt depressed at all the time they hadn't spent together. But in the next he was back to the happy tom. "I think I can manage that." he whispered with a smile as Iceblink began to lead the way out of camp. Loudstorm was frozen to the spot for a moment, just watching her move. "Coming, oh handsome one?" Her words brought the black warrior out of his trance and he ran over to her side. "Of course, beautiful."

Loudstorm padded as close to Iceblink as he could. Her fur blended into his, and his tail was entwined with his. He felt like a young, foolish, tom again. No scars, no limp; however slight it was. Un-scarred and in love with the most beautiful she-cat in the universe. They left the bustling camp, and entered the serene forest. From the ShadowClan border you could hear the slightest trace of the Twoleg monsters who were causing destruction there. Immediately Loudstorm steered Iceblink to the left, away from the sound. He was going to do all he could to make sure they never hurt her. Iceblink was his. She was the most valuable thing he had. He wouldn't let her go easily.

The ThunderClan warrior was alright with just walking beside Iceblink, but this was the chance he had to catch up with her. See how she was doing, what she wanted to do next, what they would do next. "Are you enjoying being a warrior again, Iceblink?" Loudstorm paused for a moment before adding "It's a little strange having Silentpaw and Ravenpaw learning to be warriors."

Loudstorm couldn't concentrate on the beauty of the forest around him. All his senses were on Iceblink. He was aware of every breath she took. Every step every move. Loudstorm wanted to play with her again, like the young warriors they once were. No matter what happened next, Loudstorm didn't want this moment to end.

ooc:// I know! Whenever I get on the old site I feel older, more mature. When I compare that role play to what we're doing now, I can see how much we've matured as a site altogether. But still, it's a little embarassing re-reading that stuff 'cause I acted so silly and stuff : P

Iceblink stayed in rhythm to Loudstorm's pawsteps, making each step related to hers, like they were the same cat. Pressing her body against his, she felt as if they were mixing together into one. It was like Iceblink was in a dream. One of those dreams were you don't want to wake up because you want to take every advantage, every taste of it until you were fully satisfied. Except, this was no dream. No, actually, she was living a dream.

The tabby she-cat couldn't stop glancing over at her mate on the other side of her body. She couldn't keep her eyes off him. It was like she wanted to make sure he was actually there beside her, and it really wasn't one of her dreams. It felt too good to be true. This love was something she wanted to hold onto forever. A love she never wanted to end. It was too precious. Iceblink wanted so dear to just curl up beside Loudstorm and do everything that came to her mind, from touching to licking and in between. She just wanted to be with him, and nobody else. Her lust for him was too strong to hold back anymore.

Iceblink didn't realize she was daydreaming about what they could do together until Loudstorm spoke up. Just hearing his voice made her want him even more. Every word from him, every time she looked at him, and even when she scented him her cheeks would heat up and her heart would beat faster. Iceblink felt like an idiot for wanting to be with him so bad. Even the simplest thing as walking couldn't be normal because of not being able to take her eyes off him, and almost falling over in dizziness from his mere presence.

"I didn't know I'd enjoy being a warrior again so much, actually," Iceblink purred, and couldn't help but look at Loudstorm fully with a deep pool of love in her icy depths. It was so hard to keep her strong love for him in. It made her want to explode. "And it's only because I finally get to be with you more often." Quickly shifting her gaze on the path ahead to distract herself from her love sickness she continued, "It feels like yesterday when the two kits were feeding off of my milk. Since they became apprentices I kinda miss those times." With the smallest glance she could muster up at Loudstorm to keep herself from having another episode of drooling over him she questioned nervously, hoping he didn't notice how foolish she was acting, "So...er...want to...you know...talk somewhere more private?"

Yes, Iceblink really wanted to just curl up to Loudstorm like in her daydreams. Somewhere quiet, peaceful and away from everyone else. Some kind of shelter where it seemed as if they had their own little den. If only they had that luxury in camp. With a grin to herself she thought outloud, "Loudstorm, someday you better become leader."

All Loudstorm wanted to do was be with her. All of his senses were over come by her. He felt the love in his heart grip so hard he could barely breath. If all he could do was look at her, Loudstorm would be happy for the rest of his life. But here and now, right now, everything was taken over by her. Her beautiful scent of the forest, the slightest hint of nursery, tortured him. He wanted to bury himself in her and now come out. Then there was her touch. It sent electrical currents through his body when they touched. Loudstorm was addicted to it, he didn't want it to end. And then, then she spoke. Loudstorm was shocked at how much he missed her voice. Light and airy it floated in the air, right into Loudstorm's ears. He could listen to her all the time, and never be bored or depressed. She was what he needed. She was what completed him.

"Well, seeing you is what makes me happy to be in ThunderClan. Even when I'm an old sick elder I will never be un-happy with you around." And how could he forget when Ravenpaw and Silentpaw were kits? He had been so nervous he almost fainted when Iceblink was giving birth. To have his two kits becoming strong Warriors, it was all Loudstorm could ever want. Well, perhaps a better relationship with Silentpaw, but still. None of the troubles he had could erase his love for Iceblink.

"So...er...want to...you know...talk somewhere more private?" Her words made his ears prick forward. Oh yes, yes yes yes! He would go any where with her. To the ends of the world if she wanted to. Loudstorm turned his head and looked into her blue gaze, just brimming with love. Just. Like. His. "Of course, my love." he whispered before nuzzling her nose and turning back to what was in front of him. Oh to be alone with her again, just to talk or do what they pleased, Loudstorm felt like a kit going out for the first time. An apprentice catching his first prey. Becoming a warrior, winning a battle. Combine them all together and multiply by one thousand, and maybe, just maybe, you would know how the warrior was feeling right now.

And then Iceblink spoke again. "Loudstorm, someday you better become leader." The warrior gave a small smile as he glanced down at the silver tabby she-cat. "You want me to become leader?" He turned back to what was before him once more. "As you wish." he whispered. "I'll become leader, and I'll lead you to the perfect private spot." the black tom took a turn and allowed her to enter a small, abandoned fox den.

It was damp, but a comfortable damp, one that was hardly noticeable. It was an invigorating cool, and dark. It took seconds for his eyes to get use to it, but it wasn't dark enough that they couldn't see. Loudstorm would do anything Iceblink wanted. He padded up to her and whispered "Now you be the leader."

Iceblink curled her lips in a smile of pure, innocent delight. Iceblink felt dizzy from all the excitement and heat. She would leave the Clan and everything she lived for just to be alone with him forever. She completely forgot how good it felt just to feel his body touching hers until now. She felt like she could take on the whole Dark Forest, StarClan, and all the cats in the world single-pawed with him at her side.

Yes, she was deeply in love with him. Loudstorm was like catnip to him. A precious herb that is hard to resist. Iceblink was so lost in the tom's gaze it was hard to react to his words without delaying. But even his words were hard to ignore. They were so smooth and deep, like a quiet thunder from his mouth. No other sound, no other words, were like his. Nothing could compare to him. Nothing was identical to him. He was original. Best of the best. His slick, black fur, his alluring voice, his soft, gray eyes, even his graceful movements. They were all greater than StarClan themselves.

Iceblink padded into the den, unaware of her surroundings. All she saw was Loudstorm. Just him, nothing else. Even if the best, biggest, juiciest mouse in the world waving in front of her face wouldn't distract her. Immediately when she entered she turned to face him and stared at him with nothing but love and lust. Just the sight of him made her feel like walking on air. It was hard to believe a single cat could make her feel this way.

With a devious grin she agreed to the change of role. "Alright. But I'm warning you, I'm a feisty leader." Crouching low, as if stalking a mouse, she aimed for the large target in front of her. Then quickly pounced a moment later, barely being able to pin Loudstorm with her fragile body against his large, muscular one. On top of Loudstorm she had the perfect advantage. Not in battle, but in her own little way that was the complete opposite in a fight.

Nearing her face as close as possible to his she purred in a sweet whisper, "Your under my control now, my handsome beast. Why don't I reward you for being such a good warrior?" Iceblink licked his nose, smiling. Loudstorm, I love you so much...

All he wanted was her. All he needed was her. Nothing else could please him, nothing else was good enough for him. Only her. He was ready for anything she wanted to do. He would do her every bidding. He would protect her with his life. Whatever she wanted, it was hers. He would let her do whatever she wanted to him. He was hers, she was his. They were together and that was all that would ever matter to him.

She pounced and pinned him. He didn't resist, all he wanted was what was next. It was her, and he wanted her. Anything and everything about her he wanted. Her words were alluring, they put him under a spell. Her spell. Loudstorm was so glad he had found her, that she was his. He was so glad she loved him. Oh Iceblink...I'd die without you.

When it was over, Loudstorm was wrapped around her like a blanket. Protecting her from danger. His head gently rested on hers and her sweet, sweet sent surrounded him. He could be dead and he wouldn't notice, as long as Iceblink was with him all he was aware about was her. His eyes were closed in pure pleasure. Oh how he never wanted this to end. Oh how this was all he needed.

Loudstorm lifted his head and buried it in her fur. He took a deep breath, savoring her beautiful scent. Then he lifted his head back over to her face, and licked her cheek. "Have I ever told you, I love you?" he whispered into her ear. "You're like a dream, you know. A very nice dream that I don't want to end."

Iceblink felt the warmth of his body as it was pressed against hers, making her feel relaxed and protective. Usually she would be enraged if someone made her feel safe or tried to protect her because she could protect herself. But when Loudstorm was in that position, it made her want to be rescued by him. She never figured out why. Maybe it was because she felt like she was being protected out of love instead of someone thinking she was weak.

Man, not only did Loudstorm make her feel certain ways, but he also changed the way she thought. Since she's been with him, she's grown less independent and more confident in herself. Loudstorm was not only the love of her life, but he changed her life, too. Was she the luckiest cat on earth? Iceblink sure seemed like it. A wonderful mate, beautiful kits, and a loving Clan. She was living a dream.

"Yes, but it doesn't mean I would mind if you said it again," Iceblink purred, reaching up to rub her cheek against his. "Your more than a dream, love. Your a lonely cat's daydream when he wants to be loved as much as I am right now. Loudstorm, your the best thing that ever happened to me. Your everything." With a giggle of pure delight she faced him and pushed her head comfortably under his chin, snuggling up to his chest.

"I'm so glad you came to ThunderClan..."

Loudstorm smiled "Then I guess ThunderClan has a lot of jealous she-cats." Oh, he was in heaven. He couldn't believe he had found the she-cat of his dreams. Well, he could since she was right here with him, but it was hard to believe that this wasn't a dream. Every time he was around her he felt like he was floating on the highest cloud.

When she snuggled against his chest, Loudstorm closed his eyes and took a deep breath, burring his noes in her fur. He wanted to know everything about her, and never forget. He wanted to remember her scent for those times he wouldn't be around her. He wanted to remember her size, shape, fur color, her eyes. More importantly, her voice. Her voice could make a rainy day sunny. Her voice made his heart so warm he though he could never be sad again. He loved Iceblink so much.

With his eyes closed Iceblink spoke again. Loudstorm chuckled and opened his eyes. He lifted his head and looked down into her beautiful face. "And I'm glad that ole' Mudleap found me. Even if it was because I was breaking the rules." He smiled and put his head back onto Iceblink's gently. The two just sat there for awhile, which was fine with Loudstorm, anything was fine with him as long as Iceblink was around.

And then a question came across his mind. "Iceblink, what are we going to do next? Have more kits or just stay as we are now?" Loudstorm wouldn't mind having more kits. Just seeing Ravenpaw or Silentpaw brought Iceblink to his mind, and then he was in such a good mood for the rest of the day. Iceblink was his pride and joy. Whatever she wanted, he would get. Whatever she wanted, he would do. Whatever made her happy, he would be sure she always had it.

She wasn't expecting such a out of nowhere question like that. Iceblink wasn't expecting that subject out of his mouth for a while. At least until their kits were warriors. She had just explained how she was starting to get used to being a warrior too! All her plans for them to patrol and hunt together will be wasted. It wasn't in her schedule to have kits this soon after going back into her normal warrior duties.

There were thoughts running through her mind of accepting to raise kits again. It's a fun experience, rewarding, less warrior work, and since Rainflight is moving back to the nursery she could keep her company. Even though by then her adopted kit will probably be an apprentice by then. Either way, it was good. Because not only that, but if she did get pregnant she wouldn't have to deal with going into the nursery for a while, and still be doing warrior duties and get a break from it when the time comes!

Plus she missed her kits. They seemed more distant and she didn't get to see them as often. She missed watching Loudstorm visit and play with their offspring. She missed the gleam in their eyes when the kits were happy. She missed taking pride of her kits when she watched them wrestle, becoming more stronger warriors everyday. But she had to promise herself it won't happen again if they do take another route to parenthood.

Pouncing on top of Loudstorm again she whispered seductively in his ear, her warm breath caressing his ear, "I want to be a mother again. To experience that warmth and pride one more time. But..." licking his ear and lashing her head back to look at him face-to-face with a bright smile and a light blush she continued, "it looks like we have to do certain business if that's gonna happen."

Loudstorm felt Iceblink freeze. Heat rose to his face as he realized it was to soon to be thinking about more kits. But the old tom couldn't help it, the dream of having more kits was to tempting. All he knew was that he wanted Iceblink. He wanted to be with her and have love again. Kits would be inevitable. But Loudstorm didn't mind that. His love for Iceblink was to powerful to hold back. Once she gave the word he would either silence the feelings forever, or let them loose.

"I want to be a mother again." He didn't hear anything else. A smile spread across his face and he let his emotions loose. This was Iceblink. She wanted to be a mother again, he would make sure she was a mother again. The world around them faded away and it was just him and Iceblink. He was aware of nothing else. Just her, her body, her touch, her breath, but most of all her beautiful blue eyes.

Loudstorm didn't know how long it had been.
But the both plopped down beside each other, passion and love still burning in their eyes.

His throat was dry.
But he didn't want water, he just wanted more of Iceblink.
She was what gave him life.

They just laid there, staring at each other. Loudstorm ready to do whatever Iceblink wanted. To do more or not, he didn't care. What had just passed was the most beautiful thing Loudstorm ever remembered happening.

He said not a word but his eyes told all. He would do whatever she wanted.
