A Walk in the Park (Hawkeyes & Spottedwind)

Spottedwind trotted along toward the Windclan boarder, Hawkeyes by her side. The birds were singing, the air crisp and pure. Fall was her favorite season, all of its beautiful colors and wonderful smells.
"So, do you want to hunt after this? We could be one of the first to start stalking up on prey for the winter?!? 'Ya know, I saw a huge flock of birds by the Thunderclan boarder! We could start there?"
Her dark pelt hid her among the shadows as she made her way through a patch of ferns. The smells of Windclan came to her stronger and stronger until it was in sight. Just beyond the ferns lay the Windclan territory...

Hawkeyes kept in step with the beautiful spotted she-cat as they made their way through the changing forest. The farther they went the more leaves that covered the ground. Without looking at the Spottedwind he did a slight nod,
“I guess.” He meowed keeping his gaze straight forward.

The thought of the silver she-cat kept flashing through his mind, her beautiful green eyes, and slim silver body, it was just to hard to forget such a cat. Looking down at his paws for a brief second he finally managed to push the thought away, and the scent of Windclan grew stronger than ever. They were just about there, the soft moors laid in front of them, along with a stream that led up to the Moonpool and lake. Blinking softly he finally looked over at the she-cat, warmth filled him. Now what did I get myself into?

Spottedwind pushed through the last of the dying ferns and followed along the trodden path that had been used for so many moons. Even the new coat of leaves was already packed down from the constant patrols serveying the area.
She followed the path, stopping to scent every once and a while, and carefully looking upon the Windclan's turf for any unwanted guest. As she looked across a dark rabbig foraged through the variety of grasses for fallen nuts and berries. Silently she stopped and watched crouching on the golden-red leaves. She hoped it would come over to their side so she could catch it for the clan...

Hawkeyes watched the beautiful she-cat from the corner of her eyes. She was perfect, nice, warming, funny, and shy like him. Taking a deep breathe he looked down at his paws and quickly took a spot trying not to disturb her hunting.

Spottedwind's ears pircked as the rabbit before them stopped and froze. A minute later it darted off and dissappeared into the foliage across the moor.
She heaved a big sigh and got up. Something had to of scared it, probably a cat. Padding along the path she hustled along to get this patrol done before they meet any other unwanted guests...

Hawkeyes ears twitched as the rabbit bounded away, to bad that look like it could have fed the elders. He thought as he slowly stood up and followed the dark spotted she-cat. He twitched his tail as the silence made him feel awkward with her, come on just say something to her.

Glancing up at the different colors of leaves he took in a deep breathe of fresh air and then slightly dipped his head, she should know. Turning his attention towards her he murmured out just loud enough to let her hear,
“Spottedwind.”

The leaves crinched softly under her paws as they moved along the beaten path towards the Windclan boarder. A small sound caught her senses...
"Yeah?..." She waited for his soft voice to reply...

Hawkeyes ears laid flat on his head as he felt his cheeks get hot from embarrassment. I should just get it done with. Looking back up at the spotted she-cat, he couldn’t peel his eyes off of her golden orbs,
“Umm… you and me are really good friends right?” He asked slowing his down a notch.

Surprised at the obvious question Spottedwind quickly but shyly answered the tom before her, "Yeah of course we're good friends? Why wouldn't we be?"
Confused at the sudden question she stared at him, her eyes full with question...

Hawkeyes slowly breathed through his nose forcing to come out with it,
“Okay well you know how good friends tell each other about everything?” He asked slowing down to a stop, as he saw that the she-cat’s eyes were filled with confusion, maybe she doesn’t feel the same way.

Still confused she stopped and replied in a quickened voice, "Of course! Friends shouldn't keep secrets from another, even if it hurts them..." She paused looking him straight in the eyes, looking deep within them for an answer.

Hawkeyes nodded,
“Well how should I tell this she-cat that I think I love her?” He asked lowering his striped tail toward the ground.

Her heart skipped a beat when he spoke of another she-cat. What will I do? Does he even like
me? Spottedwind closed her eyes jently and thought of what to say. A long pause overcame her until finaly she let out a sigh.
"Well I think you should do something sweet and then just come out with it. Maybe give her a flower or something she likes..."
Saddened by his words, she tried hard not to show her already glazed eyes.

Hawkeyes smiled warmly and dipped his head,
“Thanks Spottedwind, it really helps having someone help me with this.” He purred glancing up at the top of the rising hill the sun just started setting with a smile he turned back to Spottedwind and ignored the dull look in her eye,
”Come on.” He meowed gently laying his tail tip on her spotted shoulder, just looking at her makes my heart skip a beat.

Honestly Mothstorm wasn't even positive why she was on this side of the border. Obviously, she's been near here enough to tell where she as. Obviously this wasn't an accident. But something drew her here, it was a strange, peculiar scent. One she couldn't forget, it was his scent.

Although she'd never admit it verbally let alone to herself, that stupid Thunderclan tom has been hidden beneath every thought. He was one of those thoughts that just flickered before your conscience mind before you drifted to sleep. And this frightened her.

So here she was, perched in a rather thin oak tree. A conflicted look plastered her features as she gazed down at the pair. One was Hawkeyes, that certain tom who wouldn't let her be. The other was that she-cat, the one he was particularity fond of. As her eyes fell upon her slender body she felt an odd sensation curl deep within the pit of her stomach. It was a disgusting feeling, something she shouldn't feel. But somehow she couldn't stop, she was jealous.

Mothstorm wasn't the type to sit around and watch things go to her disliking. Without warning she leaped from the tree, landing squarely in front of the two Thunderclan warriors. Smirking she cast a glance at Hawkeyes,

"Hey loser--" drifting her gaze over to Spottedwind she grunted, "And friend.."
