Pelt

Yellowpaw has long-fur, its thick and heavy, even more so wet. Her fur is a bit more tough, not at all silky and smooth. But thats on the outer coat. Closer to her skin Yellowpaw's fur is actually quite soft because it doesn't receive any wear or tear. Her base coloring on her pelt is a warm deep brown. She has thin darker brown tabby stripes that and all over her pelt. She has a light cream under belly that has no tabby stripes on it. She also has this light cream spot on her muzzle right under her nose. Her tail is a full plume making it look light and feathery.

Build

Yellowpaw will grow to be an average sized warrior. Her legs are a bit on the longer size. But her tail is a bit longer sized compared to her body size. Her shoulders are wide. Her over all muscle tone is on the lean side. But her large thick fur makes her a bit more bulky in muscle than she actually is.

Face

Yellowpaw's face is more round, but the way her fur lands it makes it look skinny. Her ears are pointed at the top but average sized. There are three things that one will notice on her face. First is her eyes, they are a light green in color. The rims around her eyes are a dark brown that match the dark tabby stripes on her pelt. The other thing that you will notice is her rusty brown color nose. It looks more red compared to the rest of her coloring. Lastly you will notice that she has long white whiskers that extend from her face.

Yellowpaw is quite a intelligent cat. She tend to think about everything in an analytical style. Because of this Yellowpaw is an achiever, she tends to be goal oriented and wants to do everything to the best of her abilities. She will be a hard worker and will practice every day until she gets it exactly right. This makes Yellowpaw a competitive, she tends to compare herself to others a lot and always thinks the worse of herself. Even if they are at the same level as her, she will pick out something that they do differently and try to use that to her advantage. Because she is very hard-working she is impatient. She believes if not everyone is giving it their all she will snap and become frustrated with them because she wants to be ahead of everyone else. If she believes that another cat is holding her back from her goal she will get pissed and snap at them in front of any witnesses that are there. Because of this on the outside Yellowpaw has a very serious look about her. Always taking everything seriously, which she does which makes her a bit judgemental of other. Around new cats Yellowpaw will tend to not say anything, being a bit awkward and shy. It takes her a long time to warm up to others and will have to get a feel of others before she opens up herself. Once Yellowpaw opens up she is quite loyal, and friendly. Though her humor tends to be a bit more dry. She also she tends to use her intelligence in her jokes, making her a smart ass.

H I S T O R Y

Born to two loving Shadowclan warriors Yellowkit was born along with two other siblings. They were a healthy litter being born in early greenleaf. Yellowkit's mother was a long-haired tabby she-cat with amber eyes. Yellowkit's father was a short-haired gray tom with light green eyes. Yellowkit gained her fur coloring from her mother but she has the same eyes as her father. Her two other siblings one male and one female were also a nice mix of the two cats. Her sister being a long-haired gray tabby with amber eyes. Her brother was a short-haired gray tabby with green eyes. Yellowkit was given her name from her mother because on the day she was born, it was sunny out and the cream underbelly stood out to her more, looking a bit more yellowish compared to the rest of her fur. The three kits were given names that matched their pelt. 

When Yellowkit was young, she tended to be quite shy. It was something that she kind of grew out of when her mother forced her to play with some of the other kits about her age. Her sister was a bit of a trouble maker and her brother was quite out-going. But out of the three Yellowkit was the one that always picked up on the small details in things. Storing them in her memory with out even knowing it. Because of playing with the other kits, Yellowkit started dreaming. Her first goal was to learn as much as she could before becoming an apprentice. So she would alway watch the apprentices practicing in camp and she would try to copy them. Even though it did not help her skills all that much at a young age she was able to understand what she was going to do in her mind. All she had to do was transfer it to her body. But that would not sink in until she became an apprentice. Now that day came around and she along with her brother and sister were given their apprentice names at the age of 6 moons. 

Yellowpaw is now just ready to start her adventure as an apprentice and create a new goal for her next chapter in her life.
