There's too much pain in goodbye
Khaki smiled slightly at the tom remembered what he was supposed to be doing. He sort of look frantic now, like he was afraid his apprentice would hurt him or something. She stood up as he said he would let her go first.
"Maybe one of these days I'll get to where i can cross it on my own." she said as she walked by. She stopped at the edge before hopping up and digging her claws in. Alright, that much was done now to get across. She slowly took a few steps forward gently putting her foot down to make sure she steadied herself. She soon reached the middle and looked down at the water. It didn't look as scary as before. She took another step and her foot started to slip. She quickly moved it digging her claws into the dark bark before darting across and jumping down on the other side. She knew she was getting used to water but she wasn't ready to go swimming yet. She looked back at Lionstrike as he followed her.
