ooc: I'll just start here. -sigh- I don' think their will be much of a turn out tonight @.@
Hazelstar gazed down upon her clanmates, they appeared so strong and willed, although the rain still continued to sprinkle upon their pelts. Turning her gaze to the sky she wondered how the moon could still shine so--bright?
Sighing she slowly scanned the sea of cats, she recognized about every soul upon the island. All of these cats held a tale within their hearts, and all of these stories were just dying to be told.
Blinking her gaze landed on the remaining three leaders, Riverstar of Thunderclan. She was the perfect she-cat to lead the clan, she was noble, strong, and wise. Snowstar of Riverclan, the she-cat was small, but her glinting gaze told otherwise. Thievingstreak of Shadowclan, the she-cat that Starclan had chosen from the beginning to lead that clan. And then their was her, the oldest leader upon The Great Tree.
She wasn't all that grand, she was nothing compared to these strong-noble cats. But--somehow she belonged here, perhaps it was because she earned her position through hard-work and fought every hardship? Or perhaps it was dumb luck? But she was here now because of it, and since she was the oldest one here it was her duty.
Closing her eyes she tried to remember her younger self, stupid, clumsy, and had no clue what the warrior code was. Yep, that sounded a lot like my former self. But I'm still the same cat. Opening her honey-colored orbs she finally meowed,
"Are you all ready for this gathering to begin?"
