Short Description:Small pure white slender she-cat, with clear blue eyes.
Appearance:
Snowstar has a pure white coat that shines almost silver in the moonlight and sparkles brightly in the sunlight. With her small figure and slender white coat makes her an excellent swimmer in the lake that is by her camp, where you can find her most of the time, if not then she would be in her den, trying to relax from her history of killing, love, and broken hearts.
Now for her clear blue eyes, they stick out against her white coat. During the night when the moon is shining it brightness, and she stands on the Great Rock over her clan her eyes would sparkle with the stars and moonlight.Even in the sunlight her eyes would always shine, and most of the others would never know when she is mad, sad, or truly happy.
As you can see Snowstar does not sound like a fighter or look like a fighter with her appearance, and all that is true. Of course she'll fight for her clan if she has to, but she'll pick anything other than to start a fight. You would be amazed at how well she could battle, so I wouldn't get you hopes up at winning against her even when she looks like a gentle medicine cat.
Personality:
Snowstar is usually a quiet she-cat that listens more than talks. She's the kind of cat that likes to hear what others think before she makes the right decision. (Instead of the Raven situation) As she thinks of a great solution, she'll always ask for her deputy's help if needed.
Even though Snowstar looks and acts like a sweet cat to others that would respect her and her clan, but if you don't respect her or her clanmates then you'll probably get your ear clawed off. Snowstar also would fight back if anyone walk all over on her or anybody that doesn't deserve it.
History:
Snowstar was born to a Riverclan regular queen Icestorm. Even though Icestorm's sister was a warrior at heart and tough, Icestorm was the complete opposite and that was were Snowstar got her calm personality.
Being the only kit in her litter Snowstar didn't have many kits to play with. Since it just her and her cousins Lilackit, Soaringpaw, and Crimsonclaw, who barely paid any attention to her to even have a conversation, or even a small play fight with them.
So when Lilackit, Soaringkit and Crimsonkit left the nursery with only Snowstar, Snowkit at the time alone with her mother. Even though her mother was very kind and caring, she wasn't good at playing.
When Snowkit was finally six moons old, she became an apprentice. Snowpaw got excited when she got the senor warrior, Russetheart as her mentor. Right as soon as her apprentice ceremony was over, her mentor got her right on the territory showing her around and right to the small sandy clearing were the apprentices and their mentors train. Every day her and her mentor worked hard on battling and hunting until Snowpaw couldn't take the harsh training with her mentor. Then when her mentor saw what she was really doing she settled down more.
After a couple moons of training Crimsonpaw became Crimsonclaw, but sadly his two sisters didn't survive for their warrior ceremony. In shock after the large attack that too killed her mother, aunt, and her two cousins she continued at training like she did at the beginning of her training with her mentor.
After about a moon Snowpaw had earned her position of a warrior, where she was called Snowcloud. The white she-cat went on border patrols and hunting group, trying to forget the grieve of the death of the love ones. After about a moon after her warrior ceremony her mentor passed away and Snowcloud got her first apprentice Redpaw.
Snowcloud trained Redpaw differently than how Russetheart had trained her. She trained him more softly and took the sections slower.
As moons past Snowcloud's apprentice Redpaw became a warrior, Redfang. A few days has past and the Riverclan's deputy Midnightstreak caught the awful sickness of Greencough and died after suffering from it for a full moon. And on that night Lionstar named her the new deputy of Riverclan. Many cats cheered for her and many disapproved the choice of such a young she-cat.
When Lionstar lost his last life in a battle of a family of fox, with Snowcloud fighting at his side, but it wasn't enough against the fox. With a cheap shot the fox caught Lionstar's throat making him bleed to death right in front of Snowcloud and the other warriors.
As her and the patrol finally scared off the family she carried his body back to camp where the whole clan sat vigil with him as he traveled to Starclan. After the night of the attack Snowcloud with the former Medicine cat, Moondust. She traveled to the dreampool and received her nine lives, and became Snowstar.
After moons of being leader Snowstar soon found a rogue named Raven. As they fought against each other in a fight in the Riverclan territory where the tom had been trespassing. That was were Snowstar had made a major mistake by letting him join the clan and falling in love with him.
As the black, blind tom joined Riverclan Snowstar watched him closely for any signs of aggression, but love blinded from all the signs that others were doing to him and how he acted toward the reactions of others. To her she only reacted to what the others were doing and not him.
Before the flood that had destroyed the clans camp, Raven had decided that clan life was to much for him and took off. Snowstar stayed behind with an injured warrior Galebreeze that got hit with a heavy branch as she tried to swim away from the mess, but got knocked out with the blow. They had help from the Shadowclan's medicine cat Crystalmoon that stayed with them for the night while the others went on without them, they knew already that they were heading toward the mountains were the Tribe of Rushing Water lived.
As soon as Galebreeze was able to travel they continued their journey catching up with the clan at the entrance on the Tribes cat cave. When Snowstar got her clanmate to a moss covered corner for her to rest she went around her clan making sure that everyone was there. As she went around she noticed that she didn't see the medicine cat apprentice Swirlpaw at her mentors heels. Snowstar couldn't believe that the apprentice died falling off the cliff, as her deputy had told her.
After a couple of days at the mountain Snowstar was with her clan talking to one of the cave guards when out of the corner of her eyes she saw the familiar black pelt of Raven. Snowstar kept her eyes on the tom until she was finished talking to the cave guard before padding over to the tom.
As a couple of moons later after her and Raven sneaked from the clan and slept out on a large smooth rock, and that was when Snowstar experience motherhood. She had three kits Ravenkit, Snowkit, and Wavekit. While the three out of four survived, Snowkit turned out blind.
Snowstar was at panic, for leaders were forbidden to have kits, but her friend Twilightfrost took them in as she always wanted kits, but her last batch died. As Twilightfrost told her story of how she found the kits while she was out exploring and fought to keep them in Riverclan, that was when Hazelstar the wise leader of Windclan figured out the truth about the kits.
As months had passed they finally started traveling back to the camps Snowstar, stayed closed to Raven, but as far away from the kits.
When they got back from the long travel they found out that a family of badgers took over the Riverclan camp, with worn out warriors and apprentice, they soon scared out the badgers. They rested that night and started working on making the dens like they were before.As days had passed the camp started to look just like it had been before the flood and the raid of badgers.
After days of returning an argument between the black warrior, Raven and the spotted apprentice, Fishpaw broke out into a fight. With Snowstar fighting to keep the black warrior from ripping the young toms throat out she ended up exiling him from the clan, making him turn against the clan, with the help of the former medicine cat, Moondust.
