Seabird
Age:18 Moons
Gender:She-cat
Rank:Warrior
Clan:Starclan
Short Description:White she-cat with black patches, unique sea colored eyes.
Appearance:
Amongst the snow you wouldn't be able to pick out her slender body besides the small black patches that stick out painfully against her pure white fur.
Her black fur succeeds over her right eye slightly while her tail is tabby striped, with black and lighter gray fur.
While her body is slender, she is short and not very well muscled. Her body isn't made well for speed nor strength, instead she relies on her wit and knowledge of the battlefield to win fights.
She's small pawed, and small clawed. Her ears are rather small, but it goes well with her narrowed face. Her fur is also short and thing leaving her shivering for warmth on the cold leaf-bare days.
Her tail is long and feathery, it seams as if it's the only part of her body that longer then rather real short. Being her small size she's able to squeeze into small places that others can't. Wet and cold, her nose sticks out amongst her white fur, it's pink skin quite visible. While her whiskers are almost unnoticeable with her white fur.
While she's small and fragile looking her eyes are as dreamy as her appearance. They're dark ocean blue, while flecks of green seem to blend within the watery waves. Her eyes are often described as an unique sea color gaze, this is also where her name came from.
Personality:
Seabird has been known to be a dreamer rather then a doer. As an apprentice her mentor asked her if she would rather dream all day instead of working to be the best warrior for her clan.
Instinctively she had answered truthfully, and her mentor had found this rather amusing nor shameful. Instead he was curios in her wondering, open-spaced nature.
While she has a whispering voice, her words are often gentle and kind. Many cats would label her as the generic queen. But that's only at a side glance. When you look at her from the full view your able to find she can joke and laugh as well as any other she-cat. But you can also find out when she's being disturbed from her dreams and wondering mind she can be quite grumpy.
But even in her grumpy moods she's still rather kind and soft spoken. Her past personality had been different, but it had carved the she-cat she was today. She had been a dependant follower, often considered the clingy kit of the litter. She was known as her sister's shadow. But never had she gotten to be the actual cat, not until she grew up.
Now's she independent and wistful, wistful to have kits of her own. To become a warrior the clan can be proud of, anything but the excuse of cat she is.
History:
She was born to Shadowtail, a warm-hearted, gray-furred she-cat. With the kindest, pale green gaze in the world. She was soft and warm, that's how Seabird with always remember her mother. But what she remembers most was the stories her mother told. She told of adventures of being a rogue, she told them the love story between their father and her.
That was when Seabird decided she wanted to fall in love. When she first met Owltalon she thought he handsome and charming, but there was a problem. Her sister. He was far more interested in her, all he knew about Seabird was that she was Rainflight's sister and nothing more.
When they went out the find the fox that Swiftstar had warned the clan about, Seabird wanted to show the clan, more importantly Owltalon that she was alive as well. In the end it had ended in horribly, the fox had almost took both Seabird's and Rainflight's lives. If it hadn't been for him.
He came in like the bravest, most noble warrior she ever laid eyes on. But the whole time his eyes were on her. Not Seabird, but on her. With a heavy heart she trudged on home, her mother scolded her greatly for her deed but she didn't even care. Why should she care when nobody else did?
When she became an apprentice, she almost thought Starclan had answered her prayers. She had been paired up with him, Owltalon. But he only spoke to her when they were training otherwise he was talking to Rainflight, like always.
After she became a warrior Seabird decided it was for the best to just congratulate her sister and move on. But a sliver of her heart still belonged to him and always would. It always would.
Now she could get a comfortable rest in her new den, and also sleep next to her 'future' mate. Padding beside Owltalon, she curled herself up, cuddling herself next to Owltalon as she drifted asleep, her tail intertwined with his.
Death: Seabird died bravely during the fight when rogues surrounded the cats from the gathering. She was in the clutches of a large tom cat when he took her life.
She payed the ultimate sacrifice to her clan, and now lives proudly amongst the stars. This brave she-cat shall always be remembered.
